I was first time homebuyer with absolutely no experience or knowledge of the home buying process. I filled out the application on Streamline’s website and Brian got back to my within the hour, explained the overall process, and we got the ball rolling. Buying a house in South Florida was a grueling four month process, but Brian, Hillary, and Leanna made the mortgage part of it stress free. Despite many rejected offers everyone was so kind, knowledgable, easy to get a hold of, and willing to help. If and when the time comes to refinance or buy a new home in Florida I will not hesitate to call on Streamline again.

We purchased our home using Brian and his team in February of 2020 and just completed a refinance. The team is always willing to help out with any questions you may have and are extremely easy to get in touch with should the need arise. They keep very close contact and keep you apprised of everything that is going on with your loan. I have recommended Streamline to many friends and family and will continue to do so.

Brian and team were just amazing, they were extremely client centric and made the experience a very seamless process by ensuring we were involved every step of the way. The Backoffice especially Leanna, was priceless. She made sure all the I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed, she walked us through step by step to ensure we knew what was exactly going on with the refinance.
